Salem, the morning after Halloween. Meg Ashcombe, the last of her family, lies at the foot of her grand staircase, one slipper on the thirteenth step, the front door bolted from the inside. Half the town says the Gray Captain finally took her.

Every case happens in a real neighborhood. Find the clues, open what is locked.

Ask your own questions, typed or spoken, in any of the game's six languages. Each suspect answers in their own voice. Some of them lie.

Put a clue up against a suspect's statement. When the lie cracks, write your report: three tries, not one more.
Paris, Rio de Janeiro, Marrakech, Tokyo, Sydney: five training levels, each harder than the last. Then come the real cases, harder still. Each one shows how many investigators have solved it. For most of them: nobody. Not yet.

The first time you open a case, you fly there across the map. Solve it, and its city is stamped in your passport.

A question, a bug, a suspect's reply that goes wrong: write to us. In the game, tap “Flag” under a suspect's reply to send that reply straight to us.
The game is played without an account. To erase everything, tap your portrait in the game, then “My data” → “Start over” → “Erase everything”. If you no longer have the phone that created your player, write to us.
